Services on Offer at Walt Disney World parks

Walt Disney World theme parks offer many and varied guest services for your aid and convenience.

ATMs
For your convenience, Automated Teller Machines are located throughout the Walt Disney World Resort.

Baby Care Centres
You can change and feed your baby at these Baby Care Centres hosted by Carnation Baby Formulas.

Credit Cards
Visa is the proud sponsor of the Walt Disney World Resort. Traveller's cheques, cash, JCB, Diners Club Card, Discover, MasterCard, American Express and The Disney Credit Card are also accepted.

FASTPASS
Disney's FASTPASS service is sure to help you get the most enjoyment out of your day at the Walt Disney World Resort! This free Guest Service saves your place in line, allowing you to venture off and experience more of the wonders of Walt Disney World - before returning to board your attraction with a minimal wait.

Camera Services
Various camera services are available at several Theme Park locations. These services may include CD burning of digital camera memory card photos, film sales, camera sales, camera and digital camera accessories and minor camera repair. Film can be purchased at most retail locations.

First Aid
There is a First Aid Station available in each Theme Park at Walt Disney World.

Kennels
With the exception of service dogs for Guests with disabilities, pets are not permitted in the Theme Parks or hotels, or on the Resort or Theme Park buses. They may, however, stay in one of the air-conditioned kennels, which are members of the American Boarding Kennel Association.

Lockers
For your convenience, lockers may be rented for a small fee to store items during your visits to the Theme Parks, Water Parks and Downtown Disney area.

Maps
Use these maps of the Walt Disney World Resort to help plan your visit. Maps can display locations of all attractions, entertainment, dining and shopping destinations throughout the Resort.

Package Pick-Up
For your convenience, purchases made throughout the day can be delivered to these locations for you to pick up as you exit the Park. Purchases can also be delivered to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel or shipped via UPS or

No matter where you're off to around the Walt Disney World Resort, we've got a ride. Lots of information on getting around is located in Transportation.

Pushchair Hire
For your convenience, pushchairs are available for hire. Quantities are limited and subject to availability. The pushchair hire fee is US$10.00 per day* for a single-passenger pushchair and US$18.00 per day for a double-passenger pushchair**.

For Guests who require a pushchair hire for multiple days, we offer a Length of Stay hire ticket where you make a one-time payment transaction for as many days of hire that you will need. Single-passenger pushchairs are available for US$8.00* per day and double-passenger pushchairs** for US$16.00 per day. Upon visiting a Theme Park, simply show your receipt at the pushchair hire location and you will be expedited through the queue with little or no wait time.

What to Wear
Proper dress is required at all Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Shirt and shoes must be worn at all times. At the Water Parks, swim attire with rivets, buckles or exposed metal is not permitted on the water attractions.

Wheelchair Hire
For your convenience, limited hire are available for Guests with disabilities. Wheelchair and Electric Convenience Vehicle (ECV) hire are available for a fee of US$10.00* for Wheelchairs and US$35.00‡ for ECVs with a refundable deposit of US$5.00.
